P-Tech & Consulting Co., Ltd. — registered in Thailand in 2025, based in Bangkok. P-Techx is the AI practice of that company, not a separate legal entity. We are the data controller for everything described here.

We are a four-person company and are not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer under Section 41. Privacy requests go to the address above and are handled by the founder.

Only what you type into the contact form:

• Name and email address — required, so we can reply to you.
• Company — optional.
• Your message — whatever you choose to tell us. Please don’t put sensitive personal data in it (health, religion, biometric, criminal record and the other categories in Section 26); we don’t need any of it to scope work.
• The time you sent it.

We do not store your IP address with your enquiry. An IP is used in memory for a few minutes to rate-limit automated submissions and is never written to the enquiry record. Our web server keeps ordinary access logs, which include IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.

We do not buy contact data, enrich what you send us from other sources, or build a profile from it.

• To reply to your enquiry and scope the work — this is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Section 24(3)).
• To keep the site working and free of abuse — rate limiting and server logs, on the basis of our legitimate interest (Section 24(5)).

That is the entire list. We do not use your details for marketing, do not add you to a mailing list, and do not send you anything you did not ask for.

Enquiries are kept for 12 months from our last correspondence with you, then deleted. If the enquiry becomes an engagement, the records that belong to that engagement are kept under the contract and Thai accounting and tax law instead, which requires longer.

You can ask us to delete yours sooner — see your rights below. Web server access logs rotate weekly and are kept for roughly one month before being overwritten.

We do not sell your data, rent it, or share it with anyone for their own purposes.

Two service providers necessarily handle it on our behalf:

• Our own servers. Your enquiry is stored on infrastructure we operate and administer ourselves.
• Email. The notification of your enquiry reaches us in a Google (Gmail) mailbox, and we may use a transactional email provider to deliver it. Both may process data outside Thailand, so this is a cross-border transfer under Sections 28–29; we rely on providers that offer appropriate safeguards.

We would also disclose data where the law or a court requires it. Nothing else.

This site sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel, no session tracking, and no third-party script of any kind. Fonts are served from our own server rather than a font CDN, so loading a page does not tell anyone else that you visited.

That is why you were not shown a cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to. If we ever add analytics, this section and a consent mechanism land together, before it goes live.

Under the PDPA you may ask us to:

• Show you the data we hold about you and where we got it (Section 30)
• Give you a copy in a machine-readable form, or send it to someone else (Section 31)
• Stop using it — object to our processing (Section 32)
• Delete it or make it anonymous (Section 33)
• Pause our use of it while something is being checked (Section 34)
• Correct it if it is wrong, out of date, or incomplete (Section 36)
• Withdraw consent where our use rests on consent (Section 19)

If you are not satisfied with how we handled it, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC), Thailand.

The site is served over HTTPS only. Enquiries are stored on servers we administer, reachable over authenticated access, and the form is protected against automated submission. Access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it, which in a four-person company is a short list.

No system is perfect and we make no certification claims on this page. If a breach ever put your data at risk, we would notify the PDPC within 72 hours and tell you where the law requires it.

If what we collect or why changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. We will not apply a materially different use to data you already sent us without telling you first.
